Currently on-site, this project proposes to reuse an existing two storey building over commercial garage space and redevelop it as a luxury apartment building for the owner and one permanent tenant.

Maximising the ground floor level for the owners, we envisaged an open plan of kitchen living and dining all unified by a poured concrete floor which extends out into the landscaped rear yard. The plan also allows for parking of two cars to the front of the property
